Cellar Turns One Year Old

One year ago today, Cellar – the bottle shop @ Crush – opened it’s doors to the public with no working POS, lightly stocked shelves and 50 Wine Club Members eagerly awaiting the first Cellar Wine Club release.  One year later, we have survived the sleepless nights, ups and downs, separation anxiety, and satisfaction that goes with a new business’s first year.  Our shelves are full of great wine, beer, spirits, cheese and salami and we have over 300 Cellar Wine Club members enjoying new and exciting wines each month.  Please check out the Cellar tab for more information about our bottle shop.  If you already know us, thanks for making our first year a great one!

Crush Lunch!

Week of September 20th Appetizer Special: Local Free Range Elk!

This week we are featuring delicious free-range elk medallions from Pitchfork Ranch in the Valley, these are seared and served with locally foraged porcini mushrooms, valley fingerling potatoes, and veal jus. Try this small-plate paired with a glass of the Chateau Greysac Medoc.  What a nice way to welcome the cooler fall weather.

Week of August 23rd Dinner Specials: Locally Grown

Locally caught Silver Salmon, beer braised and tossed in farfalle pasta with fresh hand-picked morel and king boletus muchrooms.  Or try our Seared White King Salmon served with Matanuska Valley grown roasted zucchini and served over herbed rice. Delicious!
